To clarify, digital access means that users may purchase access to view content contained in a single catalog, mini-catalog or year of Paper Pumpkin stamps.
Users may purchase digital access to a catalog or other collection. These purchases do not include a physical catalog. Digital access to the catalogs is not included, but may be available for free from third-parties.
Digital access is granted for the life of the Sentiments+ service. This access is granted as a one-year access that renews annually on the date of original purchase for the lifetime of the service or user at no additional cost. There are no credits or refunds for partially unused initial terms or for service interruptions. The use of terms such as "lifetime access" or similar phrases refer only to the lifetime of the Sentiments+ service or the user, whichever comes sooner. Accounts are non-transferrable after the death of a user.
While Sentiments+ will attempt to notify users before changes to the availablity of digital access, we are not obligated to do so. In the event that Sentiments+ ceases operations, all digital access is considered to have met its lifetime and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions. Because subsequent years are considered renewals at no charge and users are never charged for these periods, it is not possible to issue refunds or credits for unused subsequent years.
Please be sure to inform other authorized users on your payment account of your purchase to avoid misunderstandings about specific transactions.
We try to clearly label transactions with either "SentimentsPlus" or "Michael Hill" but this ability varies from payment platform.
Unless stated otherwise, all Sentiments+ include one initial calendar year of access with free renewals. Sentiments+ will not initiate additional charges for these renewals.

Unless otherwise stated, digital access and renewals will continue for the life of the user or the life of the Sentiments+ site, whichever ends first. No consideration is given for unused years of digital access in the event access or renewals end.
